GARO'VIN LUNATIC ORANGE 2022

100% Chenin.

In 2022 Cedric made his Chenin maceration again after not having enough fruit in 2022. He de-stemmed the fruit and gave it a few weeks on the skins, a very gentle extraction. He kept this separate from his direct press ageing in barrel which has given a roundness to the wine that frames the fruit beautifully. Drinking well, it is great with food, the tannins standing up nicely, but will be very interesting to age too.
