GARO'VIN LULU BERLUE 2024

A new iteration of this delicious light red. 

60% Grolleau + 30% Cabernet Franc + 10% Pineau d'Aunis from plots located in the commune of Beaulieu-sur-Layon. The soils are primarily composed of schist and quartz.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in small crates and macerated for three weeks with whole bunches using semi-carbonic maceration. Bright, fresh and full of fruit, this is lovely lightly chilled.
