FRANÇOIS SAINT-LÔ HEY GRO! 2023 75CL

As always this is 100% Grolleau Noir, given a gentle, short maceration for around four days. The first wine I tried from François was this delicious Grolleau back in 2016 2023  is a lovely vintage full of dark fruit, but at just 10% alcohol, perfectly balanced.
