FRANÇOIS SAINT-LÔ HEY GRO! 2021 75CL / 150CL

As always this is 100% Grolleau Noir, given a gentle maceration for around twenty days. The first wine I tried from François was this delicious Grolleau back in 2016 when it also clocked in at 8.5% The 2021 vintage really reminds me of that wine, with the same abv. How he managed to pack so much ripe fruit into the low alcohol is remarkable! A beautiful vintage.

Unlike the label (which is for the 2020 vintage) this clocks in at 8.5%!
