FRANÇOIS SAINT-LÔ, HEY GG! 2023

Summer Wine! This is 100% Grolleau Gris, given a ten day maceration. The Grapes are put in whole bunch, then left to macerate themselves, the fermentation starts inside the berry. It's pressed off and then put back into tank. 

Clocking in at 9.5% this is at once wonderfully light, but also ripe and aromatic. It's a wonderful summer wine and a bottle doesn't last long enough!

The 2023 pours a beautiful pale pink, it's very aromatic and super fresh, possibly our favourite vintage so far and the last we will see of this wine!
