from just 0.3 hectares comes this wonderful Gamay. François gives the grapes a twenty day whole bunch maceration - the grapes are not touched, just allowed to start fermenting. Theythen press the grapes as slowly as possible to extract finer, elegant tannins. 

The 2020 Gamay is already drinking really well, very lush texturally with dense dark fruit and incredible depth.
