DOMAINE LA CÔTELETTE, LES TROGNES DE PINOT 2023

Very old vines of Pinot Noir, some over 100 years old, in 2023 Benoit gave the grapes a slightly longer maceration than he has previously, believing the old vines can give even more elegance and complexity. Drinking beautifully already after a bit of air, but will age wonderfully, no doubt.
