DOMAINE LA CÔTELETTE, LES TROGNES DE PINOT 2020

100 year old vines of Pinot Noir. Benoit gave the grapes a nine day whole bunch ‘infusion’ before pressing off and ageing in old barrels for about nine months. Very delicate, lifted and thirst quenching Pinot, with lovely light red fruit.
