DOMAINE LA COTELETTE, LA TROGNES D'ALIDORE 2022

100% Aligote from 80-90 year old vines. It's pressed direct, but as the 2022 took a long while to ferment, he added the marc (skins after the grapes are pressed) of 2023 to finish the fermentation. It worked very well and gave a golden colour to the wine. A great balance of fruit and acidity, we recommend cellaring this for a couple of months for best results.
