100% Chardonnay. Pressed direct and aged in barrel, this is wonderfully floral and compact with wonderful texture and tropical fruit. After a good rest in our cellar this is starting to drink very well, with sublime texture, packed full of white fruit and minerals. It will no doubt also age wonderfully.
