DOMAINE GOEPP, SYMBIOSE 2019

We are thrilled to pick up a few bottles of this delicious blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris from 2019. The grapes were pressed direct, then aged in barrel and given an extended ageing to reflect the richness of the wine and warmth of the vintage. Now after some time in bottle this is singing, a rounded wine of depth, aromatic complexity and balance. Exceptional value.
