DOMAINE GOEPP, SYLVANER 2024

This Sylvaner comes from one of the estate's finest terroirs, in the commune of Heiligenstein, in the lieu-dit
Weinberg, which translates to "wine mountain." Its soil is clay-limestone, and its
vines are over 45 years old, resulting in a
rich and mineral Sylvaner with a beautiful tension, while still retaining a luscious character. Its yields are 40 hl/ha.
Aged for 11 months in century-old oak casks.

2024 was a fresher vintage and this is already drinking wonderfully, mineral, fresh, but with lovely texture.
