DOMAINE GOEPP, ROUGE NABOR 2022

A delicious light red blend of 70 year old Sylvaner, Pinot-Noir and hybrid grape varieties on marl and clay soils located in the commune of Saint-Nabor. The location and age of the vines lends a freshness to the wine and leading them to vinify it altogether. The grapes were macerated together for 7 days in bunches whole, then followed by 12 months of aging in oak barrels centenary.

Aromatic, bright and fresh, this is lovely with a light chill.
