A new expression of Riesling for the brothers, this cuvée is the result of a very short maceration of 24 hours and 10 months of aging in oak casks
it comes from the clay-loam terroirs in the commune of Bernardswiller. The maceration adds aromatics and texture but no real colour, a bright and very approachable white.
