Rouge Sauvage is a special wine, bottled only in magnum, it's produced  from Pinot Noir and hybrid grape varietals from a plot of the commune of Saint-Nabor at the foot of Mont Sainte Odile this plot culminates at 342 meters above sea level on sandy soil. Aged for 10 months in barrels on lees.
