DOMAINE EINHART, MUSCANA 2022

 From a plot of old vines of red and white Muscat d'Alsace planted on three types of limestone. This year Theo gave the grapes a 6 day whole bunch maceration, adding a lovely elegance and structure to the beautiful peachy fruit.
