DOMAINE EINHART ALSACE WHITE (EDELZWICKER) 2023

A delicious new wine from Theo, his version of the classic edelzwicker, a blend of Alsatian white varietals - in this case Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Riesling & Muscat. He gives the grapes a short maceration on the skins not for colour, but helping with fermentation and giving a little structure to the wine. It's fresh, with lovely salinity and aromas of flowers.
