DOMAINE DES CAVARODES MÉANDRES 2018

 Etienne Thebaud's estate has become a reference for the Jura region, which still creates some of the most exciting wines in the world. This wine that took a while to come around, hence the name, slow fermentations are often accompanied with what some in the wine world call faults, in this case volatile acidity, but with time this can balance into the wine, like in this case. Perhaps not a wine for everyone, but we like it a lot (I would recommend cellaring it too to see where this wild wine goes.)
