DOMAINE DELHOMME & CO, PIFOUNOURS, ALIGOTE, SACY, 2022

 

This is a delicious oxidative white, produced from a blend of 70% Aligote & 30% Sacy, a grape native to this area and also the Auvergne where it is known as Tresallier. It has a lovely freshness and acidity from these two varietals, balanced with a rich oxidative note. Perfect with a slice of Comte!
