COWBOY'S DON'T HAVE CURLS, AIN'T MY FIRST ROSE 2023/24

Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Johhaniter & Pinot Gris. A delicious delicate rose, a blend of two vintages both with the same varietals, macerated whole bunch for ten days. But in 2024 the barrel wasn't topped up, giving a slight oxidative quality which perfectly balanced with the fruit.  The grapes were macerated whole bunch for 10 days. Then pressed and fermented in 600L egg and Stainless steel. This is aromatic, juicy and fresh with a bright acidity that makes it perfect for the summer months.
