VINS HODGSON, LES AUSSIGOUINS 2019

100% Chenin Blanc. 2019 was a dry warm vintage and they used some 2020 lees to help finish the fermentation. After a couple of years in bottle it has matured wonderfully into a powerful rich Chenin, with real intensity to the fruit. Drinking well, but we think will age wonderfully, so worth grabbing a bottle for the cellar.
