Winemaker Fabrice Dodane's wines have become sought after for their purity and elegance, combined with an ability to age. They are now sadly quite rare. He doesn't make much red wine, so it is always a pleasure to get one. This Trousseau enjoys a decant but is a brilliant expression of the varietal, with plenty of peppery light red fruit.
