From very old vines of Cabernet Franc planted on dense, hard limestone. They give the grapes around 10-15 days of whole bunch maceration with no punchdowns or heavy extraction, then press slowly into old barrels where the juice sits for a couple of years. Impossibly silky, dense and elegant with lovely tannins and a very long finish, this is drinking well now, but will only improve with age.View full details
