CÔME ISAMBERT, SAUVIGNON BLANC, CHENIN BLANC 2022

Like the Sauvignon x Pineau d'Aunis 2020, this Sauvignon Blanc from the Centre Val de Loire region was vinified using carbonic maceration (10 days), aged in barrels for 30 months and then blended with Chenin 2022 (30 %) to add complexity and aromatic freshness. The rich and opulent 2022 vintage gives this Sauvignon Blanc very exotic aromas (guava), good length on the palate and lovely acidity. A delicious orange wine that opens up beautifully over a few hours and even days.
