CÔME ISAMBERT POIRE, PERRY, 2020

The indigenous pears for this Poire comes from the fruit of a Normandy orchard of a friend of his,which he picks every year. He ages the Poire mainly in bottle to build complexity from the lees, this has had around 26 months on the lees. Aromatic, dry and incredibly refreshing a perfect aperitif and one of our favourite Poires.
