Grolleau Noir, Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay, Cabernet Franc

Blend of reds, balance of cultivars from the region vinified in long carbonic maceration (mostly press juice), very aromatic (floral, red fruits and spices), with soft tannins and a little structure due to the cabernet franc (aged partially in french oak barrel).
