CÔME ISAMBERT, GRIMACE ROSE, GROLLEAU GRIS, PINEAU D'AUNIS 2023

The new vintage of Grimace is a blend of Grolleau Gris and Pineau d'Aunis, blended in equal proportions and then vinified partly using carbonic maceration (10 days) and partly in amphorae (7 months' maceration), before being aged in vats for 12 months. This fourth version of Grimace remains in line with its predecessors, offering beautiful exotic
aromatic intensity, with notes of green tea and wilted flowers, while remaining slightly structured. Rosé in colour, white in flavour and red in vinification!
