CÔME ISAMBERT, PEARMOUTH

A typically unusual, but delicious creation! A base of Perry was blended with a little Chardonnay, Chenin & Grolleau Gris. Then botanicals were added, plus a little spirit to create this distinctive vermouth. We like it on it's own over ice, but it would be fascinating to use in cocktails too.
