100% Chenin from clay and limestone soils, a blend of  2 different vintages (2020-2021), offering 2 opposite styles mixing softness, acidity and roundness from the long elevage in barrel (15 months) and bottle (over 2 years). Côme is never in a hurry to release his wines and this shows the benefits that time gives to his wines in full.
