From a parcel of vines over 55 years old on soils rich in clay and limestone.

3 weeks of maceration by alternating layer of whole bunches and destemmed layer. Then manual pressing and then 9 months of barrels.

A dense, velvety Cabernet alive with fruit, and supple tannins.
