BACK TO THE FOUCHER - LA LUNOTTE SELECTION

Three delicious wines from the enigmatic, extremely talented Christophe Foucher. 

Rossignoux 1 2022

100% Sauvignon aged in barrel for a year then in tank for another. This is a classic vintage with beautiful ripe fruit balanced by a beautiful line of acidity and a slight oxidative note that is very well integrated. One of the best Sauvignon's you can drink. 

Rossignoux 3 2020

This 2020 Sauvignon was not topped up, resulting in an intriguing oxidative character which balances the ripe tropical fruit. A wine of length, depth and real power that as usual represents incredible value. Great food wine too.

Ormeaux 2023

This is 100% Gamay grown on clay, flint and silex soils near Christophe's cellar in Couffy. In the cooler vintage of 2023 he macerated the fruit whole bunch for about two weeks before pressing and ageing in tank.

It's another beautiful vintage of what is consistently one of our favourite red wines, with beautiful aromatics, bright fruit and surprising length.
