ARNAUD CHAPUIS, OUVERTURE, OUVERTURE MACERATION PETILLANT 2022

A delight to have the wines of Arnaud in stock, representing a DIY, traditional side of Burgundy that is barely seen, he makes some of our favourites wines from the region, in tiny quantities.

This is his 2022 maceration, but in fizzy form, kept on the lees for over a year before disgorgement by hand. It is invigorating, full of tropical fruit, a real tonic, in a celebratory fashion.
