ARNAUD CHAPUIS, OUVERTURE, ORANGINAL ALIGOTE PETILLANT 2021 (75CL & 150CL AVAILABLE)

A delight to have the wines of Arnaud in stock, representing a DIY, traditional side of Burgundy that is barely seen, he makes some of our favourites wines from the region, in tiny quantities.

This is a real one-off from Arnaud, a blend of 2014 Aligote, with fresh grape juice from 2021, bottled with a crown cap as a sparkling wine. It's undisgorged, so is hazy with a wonderful texture and very bright with acidity and tropical fruit. A celebratory wine for those that enjoy the more radical end of natural wine.
