ARNAUD CHAPUIS, OUVERTURE ALIGOTE MACERATION 2024

A delight to have the wines of Arnaud in stock, representing a DIY, traditional side of Burgundy that is barely seen, he makes some of our favourites wines from the region, in tiny quantities.

100% Aligote, macerated in whole bunches for twenty days in vats, then pressed off in Arnaud's small basket press and put into his new amphora. The new vessel has brought an extra level of tension and focus to the bright fruit. Utterly delicious.
