ARNAUD CHAPUIS, OUVERTURE ALIGOTE MACERATION 2022 MAGNUM

A delight to have the wines of Arnaud in stock, representing a DIY, traditional side of Burgundy that is barely seen, he makes some of our favourites wines from the region, in tiny quantities.

100% Aligote, macerated in whole bunches, then pressed off in Arnaud's small basket press. It's got incredibly ripe fruit, balanced with a taut minerality and focus. Drinking well already, but well worth holding onto for a few years if you can be patient.
