Thomas & Jean-Daniel Ozil are two brothers who are slowly taking over the family estate, which has been organic since 2013. They are now producing their own wines and also rent parcels to the likes of Antoine Azzoni, but still sell grapes to the local co-op. Thomas learnt with Jerome Jouret and Antoine before starting to make his own wines and like those two bottles with zero additions. The wines are fresh, full of fruit and endlessly rewarding.
