Nina from Switzerland, Laurence from North Wales, have spent a lot of time working in Burgundy, we met them when they were working with Domaine Dandelion. While still working for other domaines they have started a brilliant negociant project, using the same facility that Dandelion, Vin Noe and plenty of others once used. The wines are vibrant and elegant and made in predictable tiny quantities.
