SKYBORRY, BREINTON CIDER 2020

Our favourite so far from the 2020 vintage. A beautiful old orchard that was once owned by Gillian Bulmer and since her passing in early 2021 has been donated to the Cider Museum Hereford. A blend of Tremletts Bitter, Harry Masters Jersey, Foxwhelp and a little Breakwell’s seedling. Lovely energetic acidity from the Foxwhelp. A lovely comparison to the Bronwen which is a little more woody and savoury. This is fruity and zingy.
