
100% Riesling from 25 year old vines on soils of Oolithic Limestone & calcaire. The grapes are de-stemmed and given 6-8 days maceration on the skins. The juice is aged in large Alsatian foundre for 6 months. Bottled without additions.
The terroir shines through with a lean minerality keeping focus to the aromatic, herbal fruit. Worth opening early or decanting as the wine gets better and better with air. Delicious!
