From grapes he buys from a friend in schlossberg with grand cru holdings, this is a blend of Sylvaner & Auxerrois in a very fresh style. He finished the fermentation on the skins of Pinot Noir but it didn’t give much colour just a touch of tannin. Brilliant all-rounder with food.
