Mondeuse from a tiny parcel of just 0.26 hectares in Musin commune, 3 weeks of maceration and then pressed with a vertical ratchet press, 9 months of aging in barrels. Lovely perfume, a really elegant expression of this wonderful variety with plenty of dark fruit, very soft tannins and pleasing acidity.
