I use a brush cutter for grass management and a backpack sprayer for treatments when necessary. I treated the vines only three times in total: twice during the crucial flowering period when the vines are most vulnerable, and one last time at grape closure to prevent later disease development. The nights were still relatively cool during the heat waves of late June, and we've had some colder temperatures in August, as well as some rainfall during that month helping to retain some good acidity. The wines have a nice concentration, fruity and have a fresh lively feeling. After pressing, aged in 228L Damy barrels (2018).
