50% Carignan 40% Grenache 10% Cinsault. The three varieties are vinified seperately with gentle whole bunch maceration - 5 weeks for the Carignan, 3 for the other two. A wine of sun & spice with a salinity coming from the basalt in the soil. Perfect for the Barbecue dinners ahead!
