Equal parts Grenache Noir, Carignan and Cinsault planted on limestone. The grapes were macerated in whole bunches for 15 days before being pressed off to cuve for a 9 month élevage. With a beautiful perfume and elegant structure, this is one of our favourite wines of the release.
