50% Cabernet Sauvignon
30% Cabernet Franc
20% Grolleau
Co-fermented whole bunch for three weeks, carbonic maceration, then pressed off and put into tank for a short elevage.
Brimming with light fruit, this is not typical Cabernet at all and enjoys a light chill. A really lovely fragrant vintage of a wine we that has become a firm favourite.
